CB7 TRAINERS

DIVE INTO THE EXPERIENCE OF THE CB7 STAFF

FOUNDER AND HEAD TRAINER

DEREK RADKE

Derek has been around the game of lacrosse since fourth grade, developing through local programs before becoming an All-American at De Smet Jesuit High School. He went on to play Division I lacrosse at Cleveland State University, where he was a 5-year starter, 2x team captain, and earned his MBA while competing at the highest level.

Following his playing career, Derek competed internationally with England’s National Team program and transitioned into coaching, contributing to a Missouri State Championship at De Smet and continuing at the collegiate level with Maryville University.

In addition to coaching at Maryville University, Derek runs CB7 Training full-time, working with youth, high school, and college athletes through individual sessions, small groups, and camps. His focus is simple: develop complete players — building skills, confidence, and a mindset that translates directly to game performance.
